Projects and Cases

Our product includes robust project and case management tools. 

Create unlimited projects, of various types and statuses.  Then you can associate phone calls, meetings, activities, events, donations, memberships, and mass mailings all with that project.     Great reporting so that you can document everything that has been done for each project. 

You can also use the cases area to manage various structured processes. For lifecycle events track all the steps and milestones leading up to the religious service or event. See what is left to do before the big day.   Or each time someone passes away, assign/track all the procedures that need to be followed such as bringing chairs and praybooks to the shiva or wake, and other steps that need to be followed.

When there is a known procedure, the system will automatically create all the steps in the case, and set up the timelines.
