How does support work?

All our clients can call us or contact us electronically for support.  We also provide frequent webinars and online learning opportunities that all clients are encouraged to attend.   The purpose of the frequent webinars and online learning is to help you make the most of your system, and to make sure you can be effective at relationship building, increasing your membership, improving your fundraising, and being successful as an organization.

We have a robust online video library so your staff and volunteers can learn on their own schedule.  Have a new volunteer or new staff member?  There is no problem training them as they can watch our videos to quickly get up to speed. 

We also automatically upgrade your system to the new version whenever it becomes available. You do not need to do anything, the next time you log in, the new features will be available. 

We offer four different packages for support:  "Self-Service," "Essentials," "Complete," and "Enhanced."
